Strategic Marketing

Client, Organizational Problem & My Role in the Project:

As the Project Manager, I was hired by BLIA Radiance Subchapters, PengHu Branch to conduct a strategic analysis and provide them with a Marketing Action Plan to attract and capture their desired target audience. 

My Marketing Action Plan:
  • Establish a social media presence to attract a younger cohort

  • ​Feature posts of Buddhism poems and self-help book summaries​

  • Create social events for young couples and new families to attend

  • Host professional networking events and business seminars

My Takeaways:
  • I learned that to maintain a vibrant culture within any organization, a
    good mixture of age group is necessary to keep the culture fresh.

  • I learned that an over-reliance on one cohort of customers/consumers 
    may lead to the inability to innovate and adapt to a changing market.

Project Infographic

The infographic below details the background of the religious organization and my process of analyzing its internal and external problems, as well as the Marketing Action Plan that I proposed to fix them. In addition, working alongside a UX Strategist on this case, we were able to help the PengHu Branch to fine-tune the aesthetic and style of their Facebook page and curate relevant additional materials for marketing themselves more effectively online.
